Developer Moishe Mana is moving forward with an immense trade hub set to break ground in Wynwood by mid-2018.
The Mana Wynwood Americas-Asia Trade Center & International Financial Center will have more than 10 million square feet and is designed to facilitate trade between China, Asia, South America, North America and the Caribbean.
Mana’s project stretches more than 40 acres in Wynwood, and it includes office space, showrooms, retail, hotels and public space, accommodating importers and exporters, logistics companies, and trade and export agencies.
The Miami City Commission approved the project, dubbed Special Area Plan, in September. And according to Mana, the trade center could create about 20,000 jobs in South Florida, adding to Miami’s trade industry.
