Alba Palm Beach has officially commenced vertical construction following a significant milestone—completing a 10+ hour concrete pour on July 27, with an additional four pouring hours the next day. As luxury condo projects proliferate across West Palm Beach, totaling over 6,600 residential units, Alba Palm Beach stands out as the most advanced in construction progress. With units starting at just under $3 million, the project is expected to be completed by Spring 2026 and is already 50% sold, with sales averaging over $2,000 per square foot.

Located at 4714 N. Flagler Drive, Alba Palm Beach, is a joint development by BGI Companies and Blue Road Group. The luxury boutique condo will feature 55 upscale residences, including four unique two- and three-story townhomes, each offering unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway and private plunge pools.
