Tony Robbins Acquires Penthouse in Miami’s Waldorf Astoria

December 27, 2024

Life and business strategist Tony Robbins has invested significantly in Miami’s luxury real estate market by acquiring a residence at the under-construction Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami. The project’s developer, PMG, confirmed the purchase.

In addition to Robbins’ acquisition, Robbins Gupta Holdings, the multi-billion-dollar family office co-founded by Robbins, has secured office space within the property to enhance the firm’s operations in the city. Ajay Gupta, another co-founder of Robbins Gupta Holdings, has also invested in purchasing a penthouse unit in the same development.

The penthouse acquired by Robbins boasts three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a sprawling 1,200-square-foot terrace, showcasing the development’s opulence.

The Waldorf Astoria Miami, set to become the city’s first supertall tower, will stand at an impressive 1,040 feet, making it the tallest residential building south of New York. The 100-story skyscraper will feature 387 private residences and 205 luxury hotel guestrooms and suites, blending high-end living with premium hospitality.

Currently under construction, the tower’s shell has reached approximately 15 stories, with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2028.

Aura Aragon of PMG Residential and Rick Teed of The Agency played key roles in facilitating these high-profile transactions.
