Related Group, in collaboration with the renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina, is ready to introduce Andare Residences by Pininfarina, a newly unveiled boutique condominium development situated at the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard. Pininfarina, celebrated for its iconic automotive designs, collaborated closely with CFE Architects, the tower’s architect, and Architectural Alliance Landscaping, the landscape architect. Soaring to over 540 feet in height, Andare is immediately distinguishable by its unique façade, characterized by undulating wraparound balconies that bestow it with a fluid, wave-like appearance.

One of the top priorities for the Andare design team was to establish a harmonious connection between the tower’s ground-floor spaces and the pedestrian thoroughfare. To accomplish this, Pininfarina and its collaborators enveloped the tower’s remarkable double-height lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing curated museum-quality art and abundant biophilic elements to infuse vitality into the exterior paseo. Reinforcing the link between Andare and its surroundings is the tower’s standout feature: a striking 36-foot arch that acts as a grand entrance to the building while creating a seamless connection with the highly anticipated Tunnel Top Park.
This thoughtful design approach is evident in Andare’s residences, ranging from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet.
