Kolter Urban, a real estate development and investment firm based in Palm Beach, has successfully topped off Selene Oceanfront Residences. This luxury dual-tower condominium property, set to become the tallest residential tower on Fort Lauderdale Beach, is located at 151 N. Seabreeze Blvd. The development features 194 units with unparalleled panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and the city skyline. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
