At 1 Southside Park, Mercedes-Benz Places is poised to deliver over 2.5 million square feet of dynamic development, including 791 branded residences, premier amenities, office spaces, a hotel, retail outlets, and ample parking.
With prices ranging from $550,000 to $4 million, the residences boast luxurious living spaces crafted with the theme of “Timeless Design, Inspired by Miami.” This project marks Mercedes-Benz’s inaugural foray into branded real estate in the United States, emphasizing a fusion of sophistication and Miami’s vibrant spirit.
