Iconic Delano Miami Beach Unveils Stunning Renovation Ahead of 2025 Reopening

Ennismore and Cain International have unveiled the first look at the revamped Delano Miami Beach, set to reopen in late 2025. The transformation of this iconic Art Deco landmark continues the brand’s legacy of blending historic charm with modern luxury following the recent launch of Delano Dubai.

Since 1947, Delano Miami Beach has epitomized mid-century Miami style. A 1990s redesign by Ian Schrager and Philippe Starck cemented its reputation as a trailblazer in contemporary luxury hospitality. The upcoming renovation will honor this history while introducing modern updates, including 171 redesigned guestrooms, four new dining and bar concepts, expanded pool areas, a wellness studio, and a spa.

The design preserves historical elements like terrazzo floors and hexagonal lobby columns while enhancing the property with new beachfront and rooftop amenities. The reimagined Rose Bar and signature guest experiences, such as the updated “Apple a Day” amenity, will also return.

Sharan Pasricha, Co-CEO of Ennismore, and Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of Cain International, emphasized the project’s goal of reviving Delano’s iconic status for a new generation of global travelers.

This reopening follows Delano’s expansion into Dubai and Paris, marking a continued evolution of the brand.
