Horizon Group Begins Construction on Luxurious 9900 West in Bay Harbor Islands

The Horizon Group has initiated the construction of 9900 West, a boutique residential development situated at 9900 West Bay Harbor Drive along the scenic Indian Creek waterway in the Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects, this 7-story condominium will offer exquisite waterfront living, complete with private boat slips.

David Marom of The Horizon Group emphasized their dedication to crafting timeless projects, expressing pride in introducing such a high-caliber property to South Florida. Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in Florida, lauded Bay Harbor Islands as a desirable residential enclave and noted the strong demand for 9900 West, highlighting its contribution to the island’s luxury offerings.

Additional amenities include a trellis-covered lounge area and a private ten-slip marina with access to Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Residents will enjoy a range of personalized services and amenities, such as an attended lobby and concierge, dockside pick-up and drop-off area, private entertainment suite, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, children’s playroom, dog grooming room, and valet parking with two spaces per residence. The development will also offer electric vehicle charging stations and beach club membership.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing oversees sales and marketing for 9900 West, with the project slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024.
