Casa Cipriani Miami: Luxury Branded Residences & Private Club Coming to Miami Beach
March 28, 2025The Cipriani family is expanding its footprint in South Florida with the launch of Casa Cipriani Miami, a luxury-branded condo and hotel development.
Developers 13th Floor Investments and Midtown Equities have unveiled plans for the exclusive project, featuring a 40-key hotel, a private members club, and a 17-story tower with just 23 high-end residences. Casa Cipriani Miami will rise at 3611 Collins Avenue on an oceanfront site currently home to the Westgate South Beach timeshare resort.
Arnaud Karsenti’s 13th Floor Investments and Fort Lauderdale-based Opera Acquisitions acquired the property for $73 million in 2023. They partnered with the Cayre family’s New York-based Midtown Equities and tapped renowned architect Brandon Haw to design the development.
Condo pricing is expected to start at around $25 million, with sales launching later this year. Midtown Equities, known for developing the first Casa Cipriani in the U.S. in New York, is bringing its expertise to Miami Beach.
The Cipriani brand has been rapidly expanding in Miami, with Cipriani Residences Miami currently under construction in Brickell and a Mr. C Hotel & Residences planned in West Palm Beach. The family previously completed the Mr. C Hotel and Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove.
Casa Cipriani Miami will offer a range of luxury amenities, including a fine dining restaurant, an exclusive club lounge, and a spa. The project adds to Miami Beach’s growing roster of branded developments, which include the Aman-branded residences in the Faena District, Rosewood Residences at The Raleigh, the Auberge-branded Shore Club, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences in South Beach.
