Spearheaded by the visionary Chef Evan Funke, this gastronomic gem specializes in Roman cuisine’s rich and authentic flavors, earning accolades from a constellation of celebrity patrons.

Chef Evan Funke is thrilled to introduce Miami to the vibrant tapestry of Roman culinary traditions, seeing the city’s cultural richness as the perfect backdrop for the diverse flavors of Italy’s capital.

In collaboration with Ten Five Hospitality, Chef Funke, a two-time James Beard Award nominee renowned for his pasta-making prowess, brings his expertise to the forefront. At the heart of Mother Wolf lies a mesmerizing glass-enclosed pasta-making “lab,” where guests can witness the crafting of iconic Roman dishes such as cacao e pepe, rigatoni all amatriciana, and spaghetti alla gricia. Beyond pasta, the menu boasts thin Roman pizzas, tantalizing appetizers like fried squash blossoms and artichokes, and sumptuous main courses, including whole branzino, lamb rib chops, and dry-aged ribeye.
