Construction Begins on Second Tower at Mercedes Benz Places in Brickell

The second tower at Brickell’s Mercedes Benz Places is now under construction, marking a significant milestone for the development. Serhant, who is overseeing condo sales for the project, is handling the first tower, which is nearing the completion of its foundation.
According to plans submitted to the county in July, the second tower will be 763 feet tall, while the first tower will reach 780 feet.
The expansive development will feature a variety of offerings, including:
- 200 hotel units
- 142,129 square feet of commercial space
- 153,070 square feet of office space
- 1,010 residential units
- 881 parking spaces
- 38,582 square feet of governmental space
The project is being developed by JDS, with ODP serving as the architect of record.
